Working at Walt Disney World has given me the opportunity to provide world class guest service not only in the field of Merchandising and its related processes but also when it comes to go above and beyond guest expectations. Making Magical Moments for guests and looking at their faces when they are living a moment that they won't ever forget in their entire lifes it's just the most rewarding thing I've ever experienced in my life.
Studying Marketing doesn't give you all the answers, but it teaches you to make the right questions. From market research, to full scale campaigns, during my career I've been able to use a wide range of tools and methods to get quantitative and qualitative data from consumers to make the right choices when it comes to promoting a product, service or event.
Interacted with guests of all ages using key information such as their clothes, accessories, or celebration buttons to make an interaction according to the guests personality and reasons of their visit. Created magical moments based on the guests stories and motivations, taking in count sensitive elements like cultural contrasts and context of the guest visit.
Planned and executed campaigns, events and market research in Mexico and The United Kingdom. Designed and created digital assets such as branding material and social media content taking in count marketing fundamentals to achieve the campaigns objectives. Coordinated multiple channels to make sure everything was aligned with the objectives and the message we wanted to convey. strong sense of what its right for this campaign
15 years creating graphic assets such as social media posts, logos, illustrations and infographics for digital channels and printed media. Created a YouTube Channel and fostering an online community centered about videogames, finding the middle ground between what content I might be passionate about and what the audience is interested about. Managed to grow my channel to get 2.8k subscribers in 2 years of content creation.
